The Challenge
A new apparel brand entering a crowded lifestyle market has no recognition and no visual language. Kynarra needed a complete brand ecosystem and, critically, a large catalogue of on-model product imagery to sell online. A full model photoshoot at that scale was beyond the budget, and the alternatives, generic stock or vendor-supplied photos, would have made the brand look like everyone else.

The Process
Acting as both Creative Director and Designer, I executed the project solo over four months, from strategy through delivery. I translated the brand’s belief into a distinct visual identity and built a custom WordPress storefront designed around the shopping experience.

The real problem to solve was imagery. To get the volume and quality the catalogue needed within budget, I built an AI system to generate model photography matched to the exact style and look of the brand. The key was consistency: I made sure each product appeared accurately, matching how it looks in real life against how it rendered in the AI images, so the catalogue stayed true to the actual product. That control produced a large, cohesive library with no stock or generic vendor shots, and it doubled as a virtual photoshoot set for generating social and campaign content on demand.

The Result
Kynarra launched with a complete brand identity, a custom storefront, and a high-end, fully custom catalogue of model photography, all within a limited budget. The AI system gave the client a distinctive, premium look no competitor using stock imagery could match, plus an ongoing set for producing new product and social content whenever needed.
